Location: Denver

Salary Range: $24 – $30 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Coordination: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Customer and Client Management: Manage the customer and client experience, actively tracking customer satisfaction through online reviews.
• Supervision: Provide clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities on the job.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate job files to support the services provided.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communication: Keep open lines of communication with restoration project managers and office staff regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Asset Management: Safeguard and responsibly use equipment and materials.
• Training: Coach and train restoration technicians to enhance their skills.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
• Education: A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is required.
• Certification: IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Physical Agility: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
• Chemical Handling: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by applicable law.
