Position Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a background in the Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, and Fire and Water Restoration industries. In this role, your earning potential is unlimited. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining new business, creating new recruiting orders, and contributing to the continued growth and success of Core Block Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients in the Science, Engineering, and Fire and Water Restoration sectors to secure new business opportunities.

Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, increase revenue, and drive growth within these specialized industries.

Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities to identify areas for growth.

Client Retention: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their staffing needs are met with excellence.

Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the unique value of our services to prospective clients.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.

Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure that client demands are met effectively and successful placements are made.

Qualifications:

  • 3 Years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, and/or Fire and Water Restoration sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific challenges and opportunities within these specialized fields.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
