Bilingual Tax Preparer (Temporary to Hire)
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Hourly Rate: $17-$24 (Depends on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Tax Preparer to join our team in Georgetown, Texas. Candidates with at least one year of experience are preferred. We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy for this temp-to-hire position.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Greet clients warmly and assist in gathering necessary tax-related documents.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their individual tax situations.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Enter and update client information accurately into tax preparation software.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and organized for each client.
Tax Preparation:
Utilize tax preparation software to accurately complete federal and state tax returns for clients.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Review completed tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax codes.
Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Bilingual Support:
Assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating the tax preparation process.
Translate and explain tax-related information as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all clients.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality.
Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations governing tax preparation.

Temp-to-Hire Position
Monday to Saturday
Sundays off
Qualifications:
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year of experience in tax preparation is preferred; however, candidates with a willingness to learn and adapt will be considered.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and documentation.
Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Location Requirement: Must reside in Georgetown.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of Google Suite: Familiarity with Google Sheets and other Google Suite applications.
Excel Formulas: Basic understanding of Excel formulas.
